Tua Pek Gong?

Tried to do  my GYFM last night, Got to wait for everyone to turn in before I can do it as the altar is in the hall.

The altar at my place is Tua Pek Gong and Tu Di.

Took 3 bows to Tua Pek Gong and Tu Di before I start with a short pranic breathing. (I was doing this in the dark)

Immediately after I close my eyes and took my first deep breath, I felt heat on my forehead. It starts to be bright. My eyes are closed all these while and my hall lights are all off.

I get the feeling that the light and heat comes from Tua Pek Gong, beaming down on me.

MR, can confirm if wat i felt was TPK’s energy?

GYFM

I started on GYFM after that.  only managed ot do about 30 mins. Legs all numbed and cramped up.  Didnt feel as much heat on crown. Felt the swriling on crown and throbbing on 3rd eye chakra.

Slight vibration on body. Same place on spine hurts again. (Correspond to the heart chakra on the front)  Wat was amazing was that i felt throbbing on it after a while. Like someone doing massage or poking on it. Or like i am sitting on a massage chair with the rollers on the position where it hurts.

Stopped after 30 mins as my legs are all cramped up.  Hope to get used to this so tat I can last longer  during GYFM.

 

 

 

 

First few tries of Gong Tian/GYFM/PJHS

Firstly, I ought to thank Bro Eugene for teaching me how to do GT/PJHS/GYFM.

Tried for the first time on Sat  night (14 Nov). Managed to last for 30 mins for GYFA only. Crown felt warm.

I managed to do a full 45 mins on the 2nd try on Sunday (15 Nov) . Did in front of my house altar as advised  MR.

Felt swirling on crown and heat on head/face and ears. A bit of heat on hands. Felt a little vibration on hands but for a short while.  Experienced what the rest felt. Body want to move, want to  oscillate front and back or side to side. It felt nice but I remembered that I should try to minimise movement.  The process felt good. I feel like a battery recharging.

There were fleeting thoughts/images but I focused on chanting silently.  This exercise seems good. can train on focusing.  There were some pain on  the back on my spine that correspond to the heart chakra on the front. But as MR said in class, I should maybe stretch and warm up a bit before I  start.

So far so good. I think I am enjoying GYFM. My ling also seems not as restless as last week also.  I hope to get used to the sitting as the numbness on the legs is a distraction. Guess not used to it yet. Haha.

Did Pranic Breathing B4 I slept last night.  Managed to do it for 15 mins only as I doze off half way through.  Felt the swirling feeling on my crown as well as on my forehead.

Felt the pain on the head again.

 I felt  pain on my head on my way home from work. It felt like some constriction or someone pressing very hard on my head.  Its pretty weird as I felt this pain before but its on the left side but now its on the right. Felt the pain once weeks back when I was praying to 4 face buddha.  It  feels as if some one is grabing something in my head hard.

Dun really know if this is related at all to cultivation. I hope this is not some medical issue. Will be more concious about this in the next few weeks.

Did about 30 Mins of Pranic Breathing before I sleep.  Felt as if someone is pressing on my Crown and forehead half way thru. Then the feeling on the crown got stronger. Felt as if my crown was swirling in circles. Whole feeling lasted throughout until I decided to stop and go to bed.

Did some visualising after the Pranic breathing on how my new house should look like. I hope I can get the Unit that I want.

Guan Yin Fa Hui on Thursday (5 NOV 09)

5 Nov Thursday Fa Hui

Was told by MR that Thursday is a Fa Hui as its Guan Yin “dan”.   Dominic was sitting beside me and ran through the whole process with me. Still felt lost as its very new stuffs and a lot of procedures. Nonetheless I followed through what the rest were doing. Guess being sincere is more important  while praying.

When the Da Bei Zhou was chanted 21 times, I felt my hands shaking. Amazing. And I didnt know that was Da bei zhou. Its a chant that I heard many times and always felt very nice hearing it.

Did Pranic Breathing that night before I go to bed. My legs had the same vibration/shaking for a few seconds while doing it.  The amazing part is that my hands shook too the next morning  just as I woke up. Wonder why.

We took a vote to find a new place. I felt I am still green and too new to vote but Kelvin encouraged me to and cleared some doubts. The shift might be necessary as the current place is too small and not too suitable.   

Questions for MR

1.  How come I can still feel the shaking at home while doing Pranic Breathing and while I was waking up the next morning?  It is cos Guan Yin’s energy is around me? That will be simply amazing…
