Energy…
Science says:
1. Law of Conservation of Energy.
The Law states that energy cannot be created nor destroyed and can only be transformed from one form to another.
We all know that we are units of energy and we get our energy from the food we eat, which can be traced to the Sun.
We are all energy in our body made up of star dust.
Years back, I had the following conclusion from the above Science Law.
So if We are energy, and energy cannot be destroy or created but transform from one form to another, then.. after we pass on.. that does not end. We have to go somewhere… as we transform from one form to the other. So then, I believe that there is life after death. Nobody really dies.
2. Buddhism says.
One Phrase of Heart Sutra says
All dharmas are empty of characteristics. They are not produced, not destroyed, not defiled, not pure and they neither increase nor diminish.
Put Science and Heart Sutra together.. Energy cannot be produced nor destroyed.. (Heart Sutra: 不生,不滅, not produced, not destroyed)
More then 2500 Years ago. The Truth/Law has already been told.
Back to Routine
Got Back to Sg last Wed.
Tried to get back to my routine again. Been visualising and some days did 60 Mins of GYFM. End off with 21 times BZMZ.
Havent practice on writing but at times hands will move to write in the air.
21 to 26 March
Been doing visualisations everyday except 27 March. I would also do about 20 mins of GYFM in addition at times. During one of the days, i heard a soft “pop” on both ears. The pressure on both ears kinda subsided in the days that followed, although both ears still have throbbing feel and feels pulled at times.
I had felt a presence standing on the left side of me twice in the last month. Once was at starbucks and the other time was when i was in office. I didnt feel cold or hot, just this presence behind, on the left side. The 2nd time at office was a much stronger feel, as in the “force” of the presence is stronger. It stayed for a while and then left. Didnt feel scare or anything and I just ignored it. My guess is a that Being passing by and curious at what I was doing?
While chanting BZMZ, very bright and hot,a hands will move a bit to the crown and also to the back of the head. I have also been practicing my writing everday. Not sure if I can show to others, thus I will post it in a separate protected posting for MR to see.
